K-Solv LP has acquired Garner Environmental Services Inc. (GESI), a company founded in 1981 by Lyndal D. Garner, who will retire as president after the sale. GESI offers a broad range of emergency response and environmental services, including industrial maintenance services, disaster response, stand-by rescue, waste disposal, safety training and product sales.
