KLINGER Holding GmbH, located in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria, has acquired Texas-based GPI. With the acquisition, GPI joins Thermoseal Inc. and KLINGER IGI Inc. as part of KLINGER Group’s U.S. industrial sealing companies.

GPI provides West Texas with sealing technologies in industries such as oil, chemical, power, gas and waste water. The company supplies and recommends industrial gaskets, mechanical seals, pump and valve packing, pumps and pump parts, torque equipment, industrial bolting, instrumentation, equipment lubrication, and many other industrial products and services.
