HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — NV5 Global Inc. has acquired Celtic Energy Inc., a nationally recognized energy consulting firm that specializes in energy project management and oversight. The acquisition was made with a combination of cash and stock and will be immediately accretive to NV5’s earnings.
