Shermco Industries Inc. has acquired Electrical Manufacturing and Distributors Inc. (EMD). EMD is a leading provider of process control services, including automated control systems design, systems integration, electrical engineering, custom programming and fabrication of power distribution centers, electrical racks and control panels.
